With the generous support of PALM Netherlands , we are implementing the Micro Business Support Project in the Batticaloa District in the Eastern Province.
💼 Key Activities:
✔️ Capacity-building training programs to enhance skills, financial management, and entrepreneurship
As part of this initiative, 3 training programs were conducted in the Paddipalai DS Division. Notably, a Micro Business Motivation Training was organized at PALM Batticaloa on 11th February 2026, empowering women to strengthen their livelihoods and achieve sustainable income generation.
Training Highlights:
- 01 Business Motivation Training with participation of 23 female beneficiaries
- 03 training sessions covering Micro Business Management Plan and Business Management during Disaster Situations with a total participation of 87 female beneficiaries
